State House Essay Contest Winners
The NH State House hosted a statewide Essay Contest that asked students write about the NH Statehouse and its meaning today. We are very proud to have 2 of our Memorial students recognized as the top 2 finishers in the South Central Region. Congratulations to Madeline Cole who finished 2nd and Colin McCarthy who finished 1st. Those essays were then submitted to the state where Colin finished in second place at the state level. He was recognized at a ceremony with the Governor on Wednesday at the Statehouse. Excellent job by both of our 4th graders.
